There is a lack of meaningful real-time information about what is happening in the world of work and employment. This was a primary driver for why Joberate decided to undertake the J-Index™ project for the benefit of business and society.
J-Index is a real-time ranking of Fortune 100 companies’ average J-Score. A higher average J-Score indicates more job seeking activities by that companies’ employees, and a lower average J-Score indicates less job seeking activities. Companies with the least amount of job seeking activities exhibited by its employees are listed at the top, while the companies with more job seeking activities exhibited by its employees are listed lower.
